I've found tomato skins in my 400g Whole Peeled La Gina tomato can. Why is that?

Occasionally tomato skins may be found in the La Gina canned tomato range; this is due to the automated tomato peeling process. The tomatoes skins are peeled in the automated machines and then transferred to be cooked in the cans; hence occasional skins may still be attached during the transfer. The good news is the skins are edible and high in fibre.
